We were a group of twenty eight from Ireland eight of them were Irish dancers all children, 1. There was no hot water for the first two mornings. 2. The reception staff were not helpful to us ref shopping, restaurants, etc , 3.the bar was closed when the bar staff felt they wanted to (the times on the door said 2am yet it was 1 when we were put out to the lobby and then told to move from there, they constantly ran out of beer.4 on our fifth night we were woken to a fire alarm at 2.30am when we all gathered in the lobby there was no directions from staff the doors were locked the receptionist was taking a booking we had a lot of frightened children and adults not been helped by staff, there is a lot more.
