It was very close the Hearst Castle!I just think that for the price, I expected a little wow! It was fine, just felt a little pricey for what we got. It was right on a bluff, on the ocean, so that was nice.

It is a beautiful location. It has well kept grounds with flowers and an outdoor fireplace. They have an excellent restaurant. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean.
They had well lit grounds with much pleasant activity. It was very quiet and peaceful. Other guests were friendly and well mannered.

The Bluff room is wonderful on a rainy day to just watch the ocean! What a view & close to Hearst Castle. Nearby beaches are great to explore - good food available in Cambria, a few miles south...
