They did not answer the phone even after ten or fifteen rings. I had to call three times to get an answer. The jacuzzi suite was not very big and the jacuzzi was very noisy!

We have stayed there many times because it is close to our son's home. The problem we had was that our key card would not work in the outside entry door to the building. When we reported our problem, it was taken care of soon after that.

The clerk at the front desk was very helpful and when we checked in remembered us as previous guests. She was very cheerful when we registered and that means a lot when you have driven for a number of hours and are usually tired.
