Best Western Carrollton Inn and Suites Motel - Page 1

Shower wouldn't work. No coffee was left in room when cleaned. Went downstairs to get a cup of coffee was told I couldn't take it to my room. Pool was not heated and was not even turned on. Son who lives in Carrollton came visit us and left hotel around 9:05 p.m. Manager called us and said we had an extra adult in our room that he saw thru the cameras, He said he was going to charge us for him. When we went downstairs and asked about visitors he pulled a sign from behind the printer that stated no visitors after 9P.M. He told me he was the owner of the hotel. This was my first and last time staying at that hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless management changes. Worst experience ever in a hotel. I stay in Carollton twice a month, Will go back to regular hotel. Only stayed at this one because of pool, which didn't work.
