The location & ability to check in early.It appeared to be a bit aged could use some upgrade. It met our expectation for this trip. Did not have ESPN and could not view football on Thanksgiving PM.

It was very comfortable. It was near the place I had business at. The Denny's restaurant needs to be cleaner. The food is adequate. The service needs to be more attentive. They may need roving security after midnight. Drunks are coming out of bar around then and it is noisy!
The desk agents were prompt in handling check in.

The place is comfortable and friendly. The hotel has a great location. It is very affordable for this area. My advice is to request a room away from the highway.

The hotel is clean, well-staffed and run. It is convenient to the freeway and Sepulveda Boulevard. The Denny's attached to/nearby the hotel is very good with quick service. My only complaint is that the TV's in the rooms only get something like 10 channels in Los Angeles. I live in a town of 100,000 and our local hotels offer better than that.
