24 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
It was a new bathroom but there was no hot water in the shower.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: They brought towels and things to our room for us.

This hotel made me feel secure: It made me feel comfortable and it is a nice hotel for pleasure on long trips.

The complimentary shuttle to the Union Square left earlier than published every time we tried to catch it. We even checked our watch to the hotel clock. Finally, the front desk had to pay for a cab for us to get there. It was frustrating.
This hotel made me feel respected: I appreciate them for addressing us as 'mr. ' and 'mrs. ' and for taking care of a problem right away. We must point out, that not all staff treated us in the same way. Some were below average.
