The hotel is beautiful, the lazy river is way to small, but the other swimming pool is ok. Our room had ocean view but it overlooked the roof of another hotel. The room service is great. The hotel parking garage is on another street, not connected...

Horrible
You would think the service would be better in Nov because they aren't busy....WRONG! Staff was unprofessional, dirty linens were always in piles near the elevator, room had stains. I could go on.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. We started on the 4 th floor, but toilet was wobbly and mold on walls, they allowed us to move. Next room really wasn't better. Found a cockroach, housekeeping would take dirty linen and never bring...
