We arrived after a long drive in the desert and where put right in our room. The view from the room was of the lake which was great. The bed was very hard and hardly slept and the bathroom was tiny. We made a reservation for 2 nights but upon arriving back in our room after the first night, we where told the room was already booked by someone else. So we had to drive that long desert road back the next day to home. Very disappointed in the mix up of night stay's. Be sure and check and double check your reservation as I've been told they have done this before. The friday night buffet was very good, a little too expensive but the food was good. Will not stay there again, have already cancelled a reservation we made for a couple of weeks from now.

I just returned from a trip to Washington DC. The hotel was nice. Very clean and the front desk stafff was very friendly and helpful. We made great use of the shuttle in the morning. Did receive the wrong room due to misunderstanding with internet bookings. The diner within the hotel was a little high priced. There is also no free continental breakfast. Overall it was in a few blocks of the capital and walking distance to the national mall.

We loved the proximity to the sites in Washington and the shuttle service the hotel provided. We were a little confused by the shuttle service at first, but we got the hang of it. We also loved the restaurant in the hotel. The night we arrived, the restaurant was about to close, but they served us anyway and they were very helpful and friendly. We also liked the covered, secure parking and we never felt uncomfortable going to or from our vehicle. The only complaint I would have is about the windows, which seemed in need of replacement. They were loose and uneven. Otherwise, the view of the Capitol and the Washington Monument was outstanding!

We loved the location and its proximity to the sites in Washington DC. The hotel restaurant was very helpful, including staying open late the night we arrived! The food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. We ate there the first two nights we were in DC.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western. The shuttle service was nice. I wish the pool had been opened later and that the restaurant was not as pricy. The food was only mediocre and not worth the fees they charged for it.

We came as a large group to a convention. We booked 15 rooms all together and they put us on different sides and floors of the hotel. When we complained we were met with an "Oh well, this is all we've got take it or not" attitude.

The hotel is located in what appeared to be a high-crime area.

We arrived later than we had expected, and that was no problem, our room was held for us. It has a nice, friendly staff. We walked from the train station, that was very convenient.
