I would not stay at this particular Best Western, but don't think it is reflective of the entire organization.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Capital Beltway.
I might recommend it to friends.

If all the Best Westerns had desk clerks as nice as the last one I stated at, I think all their guests would be hooked for life.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk clerk was extremely nice and made us feel as if she was waiting for us to arrive.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Capital Beltway.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel seemed to be in the process of remodeling. The staff was not prepared to answer anything. Very unprofessional. The only person who knew what they were doing was the shuttle driver.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Capital Beltway.
I might recommend it to friends.
