Best Western Capistrano Inn was wonderful. I was recovering from open heart surgery and all staff members were very happy to do whatever they could to help me in any way that they could.

The room was nice and clean, location was convenient.Staff was not as professional as they should be. Found the hotel lobby locked, twice in early evening. I would rate this as a mid level hotel. Accommodations were nice. Staff was not as gracious...

The carpeting had been cleaned and there was an unpleasant smell and dampness in the room. I asked for a transfer and was moved to another room immediately.
