The hotel had excellent service and clean rooms. The location was beautiful, with convenient access to the freeway. This hotel is the best in the west.

Excellent
It was very quiet and comfortable.I left early and the continental breakfast was not yet set up. I was very satisfied with the quality and comfort of this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel as most other Best Westerns I have stayed in have been rather mediocre. This one had very comfortable, clean rooms and the landscaping was very nice. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again if I were going to be in this area.
I felt good because the room was large and clean. The hotel had a very nice setting so I felt secure.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Capistrano Inn.
