I thought the rooms were very clean, so was the entire hotel. However the chlorine smell was way to strong to enjoy the pool. My kids are under the age of four and I couldn't stay in long with them because of the the strong smell. Other than that our stay was very good, and I would recommend BW Cairn Croft to others. The rates were good, we did not eat in so I am unable to give a review about that. Housekeeping was very helpful and very thorough. Thanks for a nice stay!!

I am small business owner who travels frequently and this has never happen to me. While doing the telephone reservation 24 hours prior to the day, the desk person agreed to the price of US $ 106.84 the price of the AAA Internet Website pricing and then when I got back they rang up the price of US$209. This is totally unethical and unfair. They gave me this surprise on when was about the sign out. You’ve got so many nicer choices and better professional people in this area. – This is just plain rip-off.
