what a dump

Horrible stay. Here for big medical conference. Dirty, noisy, and poor service all around turned what could have been a nice stay into a nightmare. To make matters worse, unbelievably bad experience in the on-site restaurant. No customers here, and there is a good reason why. After waiting an hour for a burger, I asked the waiter how much longer it would take for my food to arrive. (after all, I was the only customer in the restaurant) His response-"if you want to leave, leave" which of course, I did. Provocative attitude prompted me to complain to the manager, who instead of apologizing, tried to justify this moron's behavior. Never again.
