Best Western Cabrillo Garden Inn Hotel

Horrible stay. Here for big medical conference. Dirty, noisy, and poor service all around turned what could have been a nice stay into a nightmare. To make matters worse, unbelievably bad experience in the on-site restaurant. No customers here, and there is a good reason why. After waiting an hour for a burger, I asked the waiter how much longer it would take for my food to arrive. (after all, I was the only customer in the restaurant) His response-"if you want to leave, leave" which of course, I did. Provocative attitude prompted me to complain to the manager, who instead of apologizing, tried to justify this moron's behavior. Never again.

They are very nice and friendly. The receptionist was attentive to our needs and desires. We enjoyed the amenities and the weather!

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were warmly greeted at the desk and given excellent communication to guide us through our stay. We would have enjoyed the experience anyway but the friendliness was the icing on the cake.

The hotel was in a great place and was very well located.
