The front desk person at that time knew her area very well. And was very impress that this holte was voted best place to stay, 3yrs in a roll. And she made us fell right at home.

Staff is always friendly and efficient -- most have a great sense of humor and most have a good knowledge of the surrounding area.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly -- they answer any and all questions asked.

The staff was efficient,acted like they were genuinly glad to see us, were funny and friendly and knew we had been there before.
