The hotel is great, with friendly and well-informed staff. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go, and it was quiet and comfortable. I have never been disappointed in any Best Western we've ever stayed.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk person at that time knew her area very well. And was very impress that this holte was voted best place to stay, 3yrs in a roll. And she made us fell right at home.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly -- they answer any and all questions asked.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was efficient,acted like they were genuinly glad to see us, were funny and friendly and knew we had been there before.

I love best western for several reasons. However, the two most important are 1) am disabled and need lower level room, not a handicapped room, just lower level. 2) travel with my 17 year old cat and they are great about allowing her. Can't say enou.
