My husband spends 4 nights a week on the road, usually at Best Western. I join him when my business is in the same city as this one was. This time still stands out, the employees made the trip rather than the accommodations.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The afternoon/evening manager went out of his way to provide extra service - from the phone call on the road to the towels when we arrived to the office services the following afternoon. It has been months, but still recall his name - Winton - he made the stay very pleasant.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Brookside Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
