The pool heater was broke and they didn't tell us that even though they knew that's why we wanted to stay there.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is in a convenient location that is close to freeway and several restaurants.
This hotel made me feel pampered: The continental breakfast was fairly good. The front desk never seemed to be too busy to be of assistance.
