They didn't provide a room and then charged me for it. I am still waiting for a reply.

It has a nice staff and easy access from highway. They have a great breakfast.

This hotel made me feel respected: I liked that they remembered me from previous visits and how gracious they were upon my departure.

A husband and wife with a room near the lobby found it to be clean and odor-free but slightly noisy and with poor lighting. The very courteous and helpful staff and a good continental breakfast were very much appreciated.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was a nice room with a comfortable bed. There was a clean, accessible swimming pool and most employees, with one notable exception, were pleasant at minimum.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The set up of the rooms, the cleanliness, the overall ease of checking in.

I stayed with family at the holiday time in a suite, and it was wonderful. There was dishes, and a small kitchen. You cannot, however, hook up a DVD or VHS machine to the TV, and when I was visiting family there was small children that want to watch holiday movies.

This hotel made me feel pampered: We had to wait for our room, and they were great at making sure we got to the best places to eat (and picked us back up), they also stored our luggage and was great at helping up finish checking in.

This hotel made me feel secure: If we had problems they were only a window away.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: It wasn't a trashy motel it was quiet and clean.
