The hotel was older and it needed some remodeling. The rooms were clean and the stay was nice.
The hotel was located near the beach. It was close to food and beach rentals. It had a great view and access to the sand. It had heated pool and Jacuzzi. The pricing was good for the area.
The hotel is in a beautiful location on the ocean. The rooms are very small, but the staff is very friendly.
This hotel is all about location, location, location. As it is on the beach it is used a lot, but they do a good job keeping it in good condition. Management and staff are a little distant, but everything gets done.
I enjoyed the friendly service, the ease of the entire check-in/check-out process, and the coziness of the rooms.
The location was nice but too expensive. The microwave and light in the room did not function. The room key did not work the first time and the elevator was not convenient.
This hotel is a fine place to stay.
The staff was friendly and efficient and the location was great. The rooms were clean.
It was an enjoyable place to stay.
I'm not happy with that stay at all - the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and I was not notified prior to my stay. I had traveled from the cold East and I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub.
My only complaint is the noise level with the other guests.
I have had both good and bad experiences with Best Western. I've found it really depends on the individual hotel.
This hotel made me feel content: It was a great location and well worth the money!
