The second we saw the check-in desk, we were already very pleased with its appearance. Everything looked immaculate, and the people at the counter were exceptionally helpful and courteous. They made us feel very welcome!

I go back to the Black Oak hotel every year for an annual event. I always look forward to it and the Black Oak hotel is like a home away from home. It is always dependable and comfortable.
They always have the reservation, they are ready with the room and a personal greeting and helpful if I have a need or a question.

The bed was comfortable with good pillows. The heater and air conditioners was quiet. My room was large with a table and chairs and it had a separate dressing area.
