I go back to the Black Oak hotel every year for an annual event. I always look forward to it and the Black Oak hotel is like a home away from home. It is always dependable and comfortable.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They always have the reservation, they are ready with the room and a personal greeting and helpful if I have a need or a question.

It’s located where I needed it to be. The room rate was not too bad. There was a room available.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They had an attentive front desk clerk. He confirmed my reservation and remembered my name.
