Front desk was snooty.
Room heating system was arcahic. I had to keep getting up in the middle of the night to turn on and off the heater.
TV reception was bad, snowy screen.
Only one rolling cart available for the entire hotel to bring in and out...
I stayed there when it was a Holiday Inn, Best service and accommodations then. Stayed again this April and management was unaccommodating for my reasonable easy request. The front desk was instructed to lie to guests.

Our family checked out this hotel online prior to booking the room. We liked what we saw and read online so we collectively agreed to book it. Our room was nicely decorated but dysfunctional for a skiing family. The room was very crowded with...
One nice girl at the front desk, one very unaccommodating. The bartenders only waited on people they knew or young women. I could not get a HOT cup of coffee the whole time I was there. The shower was so molded that my daughter with asthma was sick...
