I disliked the inability to check in even after arriving two hours later then check in. I did like the availability of breakfast.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Big America.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was very beautiful and the service was good. A very nice restaurant was very close so we did not have to travel far to eat. It was hard to find.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Big America.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
