Best Western Beachside Inn Motel - Page 1

I just got back from this hotel and it was easily the worst hotel experience of my life. If you get a street side room, be prepared to not sleep, since you hear cars flying down the street the entire night.

There is no A/C, only a ceiling fan. The weather is great, but sometimes you get hot, and that thing is just not good enough.

Our particular toilet smelled of rotten urine. As if a homeless man had just gotten done using it.

People were having an irate argument at 3 AM. It just wasn't worth it. I got the room on Priceline for $120 and I still feel like I overpaid. I wouldn't want the same to happen to someone else because Santa Barbara is a real great town that you should be able to enjoy.

The stay was enjoyable, except that the garage was visible and audible from the rooms.

It was just like all the other Best Western hotels. It was clean, easy to find and it had comfortable beds. It had easy access to the freeway, shopping and places to eat.

It was a very nice hotel. It was clean and quiet.

All was fine. I don't remember being thrilled but I certainly was not unhappy.
