Booked a std room & got 4th floor, non-oceanside. Constant freeway noise unless air-con on. Bathtub drain didn't work, & I was standing in 10in of water @ the end of my 1st shower. Staff said, "Can't do anything tonight. We'll fix it...

Pleasantly surprised at how pleasant and scenic the hotelwas. Restaurant and loungehave ocean views and fireplaces. Can walk onto beach from hotel and walk for miles on the beach.

Upon check-in, we were given a garden view room when we requested an ocean view room. When we finally got our room, it was occupied. We waited several hours for another which was also not what we were promissed. Would not stay there...

We loved the location, it was right on the beach. We took long walks, enjoyed the solitude, it’s a great place for couples or for bringing the kids. The restaurant didn't have good service. It’s a great value for the price.
