The location was okay for overnight. It's not in the best neighborhood. If I was staying longer then one night I would want something in a nicer area.

The hotel was having problems with their elevators.

I liked my view from the twelfth floor. The hotel was not in the nicest part of town but it was ok. The location was convenient for me. The restaurant had very slow service.

The location was excellent, near the waterfront and the trolley station. The room was comfortable, clean and the restaurant served excellent breakfast, though it was not open for other meals.

We just stayed there for one or two nights. We were so busy so we were not in the room very much. There were so many things our daughter wanted us to see in the great downtown San Diego. That was our first time there. The beds were so comfortable. It felt good after running around all day.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find -- on a major street. Guests get a free upgrade to a suite if they sign up for the B.W. Rewards program card; it's free of charge and worth the .5 minute it takes to fill out the application.

I liked the hotel's central location. It had great view. It's a good hotel for the budget-minded traveler.

I especially appreciated the service which took us to the USMC San Diego Training Depot for graduation ceremonies. I was able to get to the grounds before and on time for the ceremonies, and taken back to the motel right on time. The employees were great! They were very helpful and respectful of guests. I really appreciated those who drove us to and from our hotel.

The hotel was close to cruise line dock and within walking distance of good restaurants. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and efficient.

It's a good value hotel - it's comfortable.

The prices are too high. I did not expect to pay additional money for parking at a motel. Based on pricing, it's now cheaper to take a cruise vacation.
