The hotel had a good location, it was across the street from the mall, with easy access to shopping and food. I loved the fireplace, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub.

The toilet was plugged by the previous guest. The cleaning service apparently did not notice this. We checked in late, and when we first used the toilet at ten p.m. it overflowed. There were no personnel on the premises until the next morning at nine a.m. to correct the problem. I had to mop up the floor with towels just to be able to get to the shower in the morning.
I am not likely
to return to the Best Western Bayshore Inn.

No charge for Internet.Staff was rude to the kids in the eating area. For the money the breakfast could have included potatoes, it had everything but. The hotel staff was not friendly to people with kids in my opinion. I would recommend to people...
