Location.Everything else. Overpriced closets. Few amenities for the price. It felt like I was getting gouged and no one bothered to pretend I wasn't.

Okay

49 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

Room was clean but smelled mildly of mildew. Not enough to make you leave but enough to annoy my picky nose when I would first enter the room. Staff was cheerful and helpful at all hours. (We left very early in the morning). Internet was off and on and slow. It was a nice place to stay, except for the smell, so I would reccomend you request either an upstairs room in the old building or a room in one their newer buildings.

Okay

21 year old male with an economy budget, traveling for leisure

It was perfect. The hotel had a nice and courteous staff. But the rooms were noisy.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Bard's Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

We were over taken by ants. After three trips to the office and being told they would take care of the problem I gave up. There excuse was it's Ashland, and Ashland was built on an ant hill. Funny thing was we were there with several people and...

Good

46 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

It’s a great hotel but I missed having waffles for breakfast. Too many sweets and not enough protein.

It was neat that they did not need extra bolts on the doors. I had never stayed somewhere like that.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Bard's Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

71 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I liked the proximity to everything we needed to visit. The room was adequate and the price was great!

The room was ready even before normal check in. The clerk provided good, clear information about how to get to places we wanted to visit.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Bard's Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

85 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I liked the location and the proximity to places of interest, the visitor information available and the directions to help me find destination.

The staff was courteous and helpful to me, perhaps because of my age, but also polite to my daughter and visitors.
