We stayed here as part of an overnight group golf outing. It is in a convenient location near major highways and we felt quite safe at night. The hotel is not new, but it is very well maintained and in good shape. The lobby opens up into a large...
47 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for business
You can do much better for your dollar than staying here. The exterior is nice but the rooms are substandard. The beds are uncomfortable. Adjusting the Air conditioner did not make the rooms colder leaving me to believe the controls on the unit must just be for show. What they offer as bath towels are more appropriate as hand towels. The water pressure is poor. Something as simple as getting the message light to stop blinking took three calls to the front desk to fix. The hotel has no concept of cusomer service which was demonstrated by the way they handled a payment issue. I was there on a business trip and my room was to be paid for by a State Agency. When they had a problem with the state agency reservation they decided to fix it, not be contacting the agency or me about it but by deactivating my room key!

Staff was accommodating to travelers needs.Near a bad neighborhood. Rooms were clean and quiet. Well maintained. Well equipped with microwave and fridge. Free breakfast included made to order eggs, bacon etc.

It was very clean. They had nice personnel and served a good breakfast. They had beautiful seasonal decorations. It had easy access, was very comfortable, and honored AARP discounts.
They were friendly at check-in. A helpful clerk approached us when she saw we were unable to find our room immediately. The gentleman serving breakfast visited and joked with us and made a good breakfast.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Atrium North.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was at a motorcycle rally and stayed at the Best Western in Austin. The manager was knowledgeable about what the bikers usually do so she had cleaning equipment and supplies such as spray wax and towels for drying set up in the parking lot. This is what impressed me the most. They really catered to our needs. Also she had part of the parking lot set up just for bikes to park and there was a security guard in the lot at night.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Atrium North.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
