When the reservation was booked, I inquired about the pool since we were traveling with a 6 year old. I was told it was a heated indoor pool.
When we arrived, the front desk was not very polite, but maybe he was having a bad day. My daughter got ready to swim and it was an extremely cold day in Atlanta. I noticed her shivering and I checked the water. The water was colder than outside. I went back to the room and my husband called, the heater is broken and has been broke all winter. I was told him I was informed of the pools condition the week before and all he would say is it is broken. The tub/shower control was broken, so the choice was shower only. It was very noisy all night in the hallways. Requested a receipt at check in and check out, no luck.
