Excellent
Hotel excellent = clean, quiet, pleasant, helpful staff.Lack of suitable restaurants in area.“Would recommend for business traveler with own transportation and knowledge of area - would not necessarily recommend for children, except for one night...
This hotel has a ten floors new building and a two floors old building. The pictures of the building and room you see online are for the new building. I didn't see they make it clear when you reserve online....Anyway, my experience is this:
I needed a room to stay one night with a eight month baby. I did not want the room cigarette smelled. I reserved one non-smoking room with two queen size beds for online rate $88 - totally I paid about $103. I went there and got the door card. I could find the room and then I was told it's out of the main building. So I went out and find that small building. It smells horrible - everywhere. I asked them: when I payed the money $88 I didn't know I actually reserved this old room - I didn't find this difference on their website, how much does it cost to move to the new building? They said they just didn't have enough room in the new building. They tried hard not to tell me directly the prices actually are different - maybe they are same! I was mad if they are same because I was looking for my room in the new building and I know how different they are. Finally they agreed to move us in a larger room with Jacuzzi (although it turned out not working) for online rate $139.00. It's really good. It should!
All my rates are for the old rooms and their service.

32 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We traveled from Orlando to Atlanta to visit the Aquarium and unfortunately we stayed in this hotel. We parked our rented car in the hotel parking lot, and when we checked out the next morning our car was rob. Someone remove the padlock of the drivers door and took from the center console (obviously hidden) an ipod, our camera, the nav system; which was rented and I have to pay like $900 for that... and nobody took any responsibility. We call the police and made a case, the security cameras didn't see anything... and the officer said that it is usual, during this season.
So, I'm strongly recommending to people that are planning to stay there to be extremely careful, otherwise look for a safer place close to Peachstreet.
This is a shame... it will pass a long time for me to visit Atlanta again.
