Best Western Arroyo Roble Hotel and Villas

The hotel was very nice, it was what I expected.

The hotel has a good location, great views and overall, it is good.

It was so-so. I was neither unimpressed nor impressed. The front desk was rather curt, and not all that helpful. The door latch didn't work properly, it took a bit of doing to get it to catch right so the door would lock.

I loved the spacious room with a balcony overlooking the red rocks. We had a problem with a loud noise from the smoke detector when we turned on a light switch or lamp sometimes. After I mentioned it to the front desk, apparently they did something that corrected the problem. The hotel is very nice and I highly recommend it.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The air conditioning system was quiet and efficient. The telephone service was excellent. We made some long-distance calls that were reasonably priced. The room was spacious with a sofa and two chairs in addition to the king-size bed. There was a bar sink in the room and a sink outside the bathroom.
