Booked on Kayak, but wasn't given the option to select an AAA rate so asked at the hotel and was told they could not change the rate?? Next, the room we were given was smelly, had a couch that should have been destroyed years ago, had a desk with a broken leg and had stained, dirty carpeting. After over 20 minutes of discussion with the desk clerk,who attempted in vain to contact the manager, she finally gave us another room which did smell clean, and had much better furnishings. Still had a couch like in the other unit that had seen better days many years ago! If you have to stay at this hotel, be sure to check the room first, and be sure to check the Best Western web site which in our case, had a better rate than Kayak because Kayak did not show the AAA rate option.
I read the reviews online at this website and still booked a room there. We had stayed there earlier in Nov 2007 and it was fantastic. We made reservations again for 2/27/08 and the place was even better than before! They have white down duvets on ...
