60 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Front desk clerks not friendly when asked why front doors were open and if a/c was working: "we like fresh air" (temp was 110 outside). Our bed was full of dog hair. Room smelled like a dog. Hotel very old and needs complete update. Carpet ragged & worn out. Old furniture & TV's. Deluxe continental bkfst. was cereal, coffee, hard sweet rolls. They had just run out of skim milk. Tables were dirty & hotel employees were sitting & eating bkfst. at 7:30. Rear rooms have a view of Lake Powell. NEVER STAY HERE.

Our stay was 2 nihgts, we had a non smoking room but could still smell smoke in the room and halls, the elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage upstairs and down a long hall with no assistance. The breakfast was ok, nothing to brag...

We liked that we could get a room away from the view for a discount as it was night when we stopped. They have a good continental breakfast in the lobby where you can enjoy the view while you eat. The desk staff has always been very good. We've stayed here a few times now and it's always been great. I would recommend it to anyone. During the summer season I'd call ahead for a reservation though as it's way busy then.
The front desk staff was very cheerful, which we appreciated after a day on the road.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Arizonainn.

Good
This was a pit stop from one location to another. Very happy with what we got for the price. The rooms were average and the continental breakfast was a pleasent surprise. I would use them again.
