The carpets hid the dirt well. Walking on them for only 10 minutes made socks black with dirt. Not something I liked my toddler to crawl on.
Shower handle was broken and would fall off easily. Best one could do is get a trickel out of shower.
Thrown breaker caused heater not to work last night. Staff's initial solution was additional blankets. Only when I noted that the temperature was to be in the teens that night did they offer a new room. So instead of my wife returning from the spa at 9:00 pm to relax in a warm bed, she returned to us packing and moving everything to another building.

I expected a lot and recieved all that expected from them and then a little more in some areas.
This hotel made me feel respected: They were more polite and kind than usual.

I've had very good luck with best westerns in western states and less than good luck in eastern states.
