It's a great location for going to Disneyland. It's close, clean, convenient, and has a courteous staff.

This hotel made me feel content: It's clean and friendly.

We made reservations made 2+ months in advance, the room configuration requested was not provided. I was informed that they were not available because my booking was made through an internet service. Services advertised were not available or in working order, and the staff was unable to make decisions or assist with our problems.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Anaheim Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The only complaint that I had was that the hot tub and swimming pool water was too hot. Other than that, I was very pleased with our stay. But the free breakfast wasn't all that great.

The room was clean but small. The hotel was close to Disneyland which was a plus. I would have liked it to be less expensive considering how expensive it is in Disneyland park.

There was no response to problems in the room. The appliances did not work and the amenities were not as represented. Also, the receptionist was not fluent in English.
