There was difficulty in getting hot water in the room. There were ants in the room.

I was only there for two days and I enjoyed my stay there. I have stayed there previously. It has a good reputation and that is why I stay there. It is also close to where my son lives. It is a very comfortable place and very clean. The staff is very accommodating.

The hotel is located across the street from a little mall, with lots of restaurants and an Albertsons store. Nearby is a movie theater and there are plenty of fast food options. It is also near the train tracks, so the trains might keep you up at night. For me, that was not a problem. The room was much larger than expected. I loved it. There was a microwave and a mini refrigerator. It was not stated in the reservation that these were included, so this was a pleasant surprise. There was also a sink there, so it was like a mini-kitchen. The bathroom looked newly remodeled and it was a good size, not cramped. I have stated at this hotel twice and I would definitely stay again. My advice is to try to avoid a room near the ice machine. That thing goes on and off all day and it is really loud.

The location was very convenient and the place was quiet.

This hotel made me feel content: I always know what to expect from Best Western. They rarely disappoint me.

I advise others to call to make sure that their room is a non-smoking room before they get there, if that is what they reserved for.

It was the worst check in ever! They would not honor the reservation price quoted.

It was very nice. There was a good view of the pool from the room. It was very close to the circle.

This hotel was in a good location from Disneyland. It had a nice pool. There was also quick delivery from Dominoes.

I was surprised at the quality of service.

The Best Western Anaheim Hills is right off the Riverside freeway (91) near the Newport freeway (51). This is primarily a business hotel as it is pretty far from the Buena Park/Anaheim tourist attractions. However, the hotel is only about a 25 minute drive to Disneyland.

The rooms are clean, large and well-maintained. Although close to the freeway, the motel is oriented away from it and therefore there isn't much traffic noise. The exercise room is nice, and has well maintained equipment. The pool is small but clean, as is the hot tub.

The hotel is located next to the Santa Ana river (usually a dry wash) which has a great jogging/walking/biking trail along it which is safe and popular with locals.

Across the parking lot is a coffee shop with a cocktail lounge that has good food at reasonable prices. There are a couple of chain restaurants and fast food places within a block of the motel.

I've stayed here several times as it is convenient to the homes of some of my family (and it’s nice to have a place to retreat to during large family gatherings).

This hotel made me feel extravagent: Good service, competent staff, clean rooms, great location.

Everything was great except the hide-a-bed. We had 6 people to a suite with 2 beds and a hide-a-bed that was hideous. We even changed rooms and the new room was worse than the original. Not very comfortable for a large family.
