Best Western Anaheim Hills Hotel

It was a family gathering and the staff was very supportive. They respected our desire for privacy and our need for disability accommodations.

It's in a good location, clean, and represents a fair value. The carpet was substandard and needs to be upgraded. The towels were thin. The bed was not as comfortable as should be. The pool was superb. The staff tried hard. It's a good hotel for the Anaheim area. Many are worse.
