I like their reasonable prices, the free wi-fi internet access and the free breakfast.

This hotel made me feel respected: I am in my early twenties, but I appreciate it when someone takes me seriously. The staff understood that I needed to leave for the airport on time and they did not give me any trouble. Basically, they respected me by treating me as they should.

The hotel was a good value for the price. The location was in a less than desirable area, but that was the only negative. It was close to mass transit and the rooms were comfortable.

The price of the room was way too high for the area it was in, and we got a heavy discount!

The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, the rooms were clean, well maintained and roomy. The restaurant had excellent breakfasts. The bar closed too early.

This hotel made me feel respected: When they had originally messed up our reservation at the original hotel, the management and the staff immediately upgraded us and they were incredibly concerned, helpful and they treated us with great respect.

The curtains would not close until we unhooked one side, which actually covered a couple of feet of the wall. The seats out in the hallway surrounding the decorations had dirty water in them and they were never cleaned out.

I liked the professional personnel and the cleanliness.

I loved the location, downtown, close to the business district. It had easy access to the freeways and a friendly staff. Parking can be a bit scarce after dark, but the hotel has a lot adjacent that it can be use, as well as limited underground covered parking.

I liked the location. It was convenient to wherever I needed to go. I did not like the lack of room service. The beds were uncomfortable.

It was very handy for a conference I attended that was in another hotel. When I called the front desk and told them that I had forgotten to bring a comb, they found a new comb and brought it to my room. They were friendly and helpful.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staffs were friendly and helpful. The maids would leave extra coffee and creamer for the in-room coffee maker.

Everything was fine during my stay at this hotel.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: It was very well-maintained and very clean.

The room we had reserved was not ready at check-in. The substitute room did not have Internet service available, we had to downgrade to a smaller room in order to have working Internet service. Too bad because I really like the 1st room (2 room family suite - myself, my daughter & her father/my ex were in SF to see the Rolling Stones show and I had work that needed to be done, hence I required Internet service).
