The pool was very small. The breakfast included was of fair quality.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk person smiled and answered all questions readily.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western American Heritage Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

Overall, my stay was okay. Sometimes the motel had a small item that did not work, but it was fixed within a reasonable amount of time.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western American Heritage Inn.
