The ice machines were all broken and one of them looked like it had not been used in a few months. When we told the staff about it they really did not care that much, which I thought it was awful.

The staff was very courteous and check in and check out were efficient. It was easy to find the location right off the interstate. It was close to many restaurants and attractions. It had a clean, nice pool area.

Stayed here with my fiancee for 2 nights. We had a great time. Staff is friendly and the rooms were clean and quiet. The indoor pool was clean. The only thing that I can think of was that the beds were very hard. But overall we had a great time...

older hotel but managed well, very clean rooms......we don't need a fancy place, but do want clean. we had checked several other hotels in the area and this was the cleanest.

I recomend this place. me and my family enjoy the 3 days of our stay. good service,good people, clean rooms. And the best of all is very close to the main atracions. I will be back next year.....

Outdoor pool is okay with a decent kiddie pool, but it's aging and parents will give a little pause to it I think. Indoor pool area looks pretty nice and is inviting. No kiddie pool option indoor though.

Overall we were happy with our stay. We had a two room suite. Pull out couches are never as comfortable as a bed, but this one was horrible. The skylights were neat, but when the sun comes up and you're trying to sleep, not so much. The tub didn't drain water very well. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Appreciated the tickets to the waterpark.

BED BUDS need I say anything else. We had to leave in the middle of the night and drive home 4 hours putting my family in danger of falling asleep on the road.
Stayed at this hotel on 6/8/07 for one night with wife and 2 kids. This hotel is a great value. Rooms, Pool and hallways were clean. Not sure about the coffee complaint on another review but we are not coffee drinkers. Denny's is next door and...
