Toilet ran most of the time. Smoke alarm went off at 2AM the first night. They came and put in another battery. After a half an hour it started again. Front desk was rude and not very helpful or friendly. For all the terrible things that happened, we only got a $10 credit.

Horrible
I didn't like it at all.Bugs in bed, stains on sheets, bugs smashed on wall. I told them that I wouldn't stay here because of the bug that looked like a roach in the bed and the bathroom, and also stains on the sheets, that made me sick.

Great location and cleanliness was great.Not the best looking hotel in the Dells. It was in a great location and near the Downtown district as well as all of the water parks in the Dells. The hotel was very clean and the hotel was extremely clean....
My previous review was for the Flamingo Motel, not the Best Western.m I have not stayed at the Best Western so do want to give it a bad review due to my error.

This is a wonderful motel. The amenities are wonderful. The outside pool is warm and the outside whirlpool is great. The inside pool is also warm and the inside whirlpool is extra warm. I had no complaints.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
