We used to stay in Super 8 mainly because of the price. However, after being weary travelers on a recent trip last year, a Best Western was the only motel with a vacancy. We thought the price was steep. However, the room’s comfortableness, personnel, and many other…

This hotel made me feel respected: We appreciate the attitude of front desk clerk -- very courteous and treated us like we were VIPs. They offered us many services (newspaper, internet connection, laundry, etc.) and told us where the vending machines were without us having to ask.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Amarillo Inn.

The stay at the Best Western Amarillo was real nice. The staff was instrumental in helping me locate the businesses that I had to call up during my stay, and they were quick to recommend some of the best restaurants in town so I could wine and dine with my colleague.

This hotel made me feel content: They made my stay very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful in making my stay fun and enjoyable.

Best Western Amarillo Inn is the best Best Western that we have ever stayed at. The staff is always on the ball and willing to do what ever it takes for us to enjoy our stay.

This hotel made me feel important: They called me by ‘Mr. Jones’ and it was ‘yes sir’ and ‘no sir.’
