Best Western Altus Hotel

The people were very nice, the room was nice, but the bathtub faucet would not turn all the way off, so it ran all the time. The pool could have been open later in the evening, but everything else was great!

This hotel made me feel welcome: Our check in was very swift, a pre packaged folder was ready and waiting with our room keys and information.

We have stayed at this Best Western every year. We stay there because it provides a variety of services which fit very neatly into our needs, like reasonable rates, clean rooms, a complimentary breakfast bar, a nice bar with complimentary bar vouchers for guests and a very nice pool and hot tub area.

The high-speed Internet is wonderful. I had a very nice breakfast. The hotel has clean, newly renovated rooms with a microwave oven, small fridge, and iron. Check out at 2 AM is acceptable to them -- not all motels have the bill settled early in the morning like they do.
