We had reservations for two and the room only had towels for one. There was no iron in the room and we got no response from the staff via the telephone. We did not receive a wakeup call which was requested at the desk. The next morning many people were trying to check out with only one clerk at the desk, while another gentlemen sat in the office doing nothing.

The food and service were good. Some of the workers were nice and friendly. But the room cleaners weren't so thorough. The snacks were good and so were the drinks.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were secure. The beds were comfortable, as was the room itself.

The continental breakfast area was too cramped and noisy. It could be more secluded and quieter.

It was in a favorable location.

It's a good hotel chain.

It has a good reception and great people.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They had a great reception, I was given drinks for the room, a courtesy call to check how the room was, and fruit was delivered to the door.

The hotel chain doesn't have many extras but the price is right.

They were just wonderful. We had to stay there twice--during Hurricane Charley and Hurricane Frances--when we lost power at our home. Their staff was so accommodating and hardworking and friendly to us.

This hotel made me feel secure: We were in the middle of a hurricane. They were awesome to us; their staff should be commended.
