Best Western Alpena Motel

I stayed at the Alpena Best Western in June 2008. I arrived late but the host at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She asked if I need anything and showed me my room. Room was tidy and bed was firm with lots of fluffy pillows-just how I like it. Check-out was a breeze the next day and breakfast was good. Later, when I found out I left something in the room, the owner mailed it back to me personally. This was a great home away from home experience and I recommend this hotel to all weary travelers. I will go back to this hotel again and again!

The rooms were nice. The internet, TV, and phone service all worked. The personnel were professional.

The place and the people were nice.

It was little pricey for the accommodations.
