It was a nice place except there were ants in the room, but they went away after the first night.
They were really nice, especially after our horrible experience with the delays of planes and the horrible to and from bus shuttle rides. It was bad, but they made it quick and simple for us to get to our room and offered us a free upgrade! It was great!

I was happy with everything except the restaurant that was inside the hotel. It was very unorganized, not enough employees for the service that was required and it was like that for the morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

The only thing I did not like about the Best Western was that we asked for a non-smoking room and the rooms were shoved into a corner with no front view. It was like an afterthought, "We will shove the non-smokers in a corner!"
