We have stayed here at least 5 times previously with not problems, but this time... 1. Sitting by the pool watching my son swim, a rat ran right by me and the next night a rat ran under my feet as we returned from dinner. 2. The draws had dirt and hair in them. 3. The remote controls for the TVs needed new batteries and were impossible to use. 4. The movie I ordered turned off after 10 minutes. 5. The toilet was broken and made a strange loud noise. The breakfast was disappointing. Looks like we need to find a new place to stay.
