Best Western Alderwood Hotel - Page 1

I wouldn't recommend this particular Best Western, (and hopefully their level at this location of service doesn't reflect that of other locations)

I didn't find out that the room heater blew cold air, until late in my room stay, when it was just too late to change rooms.

The hotel desk attendant seemed *very* reluctant to resolve my situation and made some very ignorant suggestions on how I could fix it myself.

They need to hire more staff to make sure appliances work before people pay for the rooms.

The hallway had a really bad smell, as if there were (no disrespect intended) homeless people walking through there.

The were some positive aspects, but I wouldn't stay there again.

I like the Best Western hotel because their price is good and everything is as expected or better.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: My wife always steals an extra pillow so she can read. The staff brought me an extra pillow so I could prop my head up as well.

I stayed during a power outage and the staff was wonderful. The facilities were great and the good neighbor discount was great and appreciated.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: We were staying there after having no power. It was nice having hot rooms, hot water, complementary breakfast, and a suite.

It’s in a convenient location to where I travel.
